Frequently asked questions
What if my photo is low resolution?
Upload the original if you have it — screenshots or photos saved from social media are often too small to print well. If we think a photo needs improving, we'll reach out to you before we print, so you're never surprised by the result.
How long does the print actually last?
5+ Years with normal use — it's made from a durable material, not cardboard, so it won't crack, curl, or fade the way a regular air freshener does.
How do I re-scent it once the smell fades?
Just add a spray or two of your favourite Freshie Refresh spray. No need to buy a new one — this Freshie's built to keep going.
What's Freshie Refresh?
It's our own 30ml scent spray, made to top up your Freshie whenever it fades. Whether you started scented or unscented, one or two sprays and it's good as new.
Why would I pick unscented?
Some people are sensitive to strong fragrances, some just prefer their own scent, and some are simply particular about what they hang in their car. Unscented gives you a blank canvas — add your own oil or spray, or grab a bottle of Freshie Refresh whenever you're ready.
Which shape should I pick?
Bust and Head work great for portraits (people or pets). Die Cut follows the exact outline of your photo for a more custom look. Round, Square, Heart, and Rectangle are great for logos, text, or simpler designs.
How long until it ships?
We aim to get every order printed and posted within 48 hours, some delays may occur around peak seasons like Valentines Day and Christmas so get your order in early to guarantee delivery!
